Description

Tennessee Bluestone is quarried from the rolling hills of the Appalachian Mountains in Eastern Pennsylvania. As indicated by their name, these stones are a consistent blue-gray in color and somewhat smooth in texture. As in all natural stone, color and textures will vary. Thickness varies from stone to stone: 1.25" to 1.75"

We carve the words into the stone to provide depth to each letter. Then, we hand paint each letter and add a sealant to protect the lettering against the weather extremes.

SIZES (approximate dimensions):
Small (# 310) - 6" x 8", 6-10 lbs: Holds up to TWO lines with a maximum of 18 characters per line.

Medium (#311) - 8" x 11", 15-20 lbs: Holds up to FOUR lines with a maximum of 18 characters per line.

Large (#312) - 11" x 16 ", 38-50 lbs: Holds up to SIX lines with a maximum of 18 characters per line.
