AddressNumbers shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if AddressNumbers has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Oklahoma, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Addressnumbers products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Addressnumbers's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Addressnumbers may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a payment, except for tax-exempt organization. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. Oftentimes, customized products will ship at different times because one product may be finished before the other. We will ship the items upon completion and you will not be charged multiple shipping fees.
AdressNumbers may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to AdressNumbers.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. AddressNumbers reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether AddressNumbers signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
AddressNumbers does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, AddressNumbers is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. All order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of order placement. Exceptions: All products that have an LL- in the product code cannot be changed, modified or canceled after the order is placed (per manufacturer's policy). Cancellations must be requested via email. We will respond with confirmation of cancellation.
Returned items must have a return authorization code issued by AddressNumbers. Please do not return your order to our administrative offices. We will provide you with instructions on returning the item, including the return address. There is a 20% refund fee, except for items beginning with the product code GM- which are assessed a 50% return fee. All products that have MB- in the product code cannot be returned per their policy. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. If items are returned without a Return Authorization Code or are shipped to an incorrect address such our administrative offices in Owasso, a 10% additional fee (plus reshipment costs) is applied. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise and verification that it is in good condition. We will issue a credit promptly. However, please be aware that while most credit card companies issue a credit promptly, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are not issued for customized items and items returned after 30 days from ship date. Charges will be accessed for bas-relief cast drafts for bronze plaques. Items cannot be exchanged for different items. Instead, it must be returned and the new item purchased as a new item.
AddressNumbers will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Oklahoma. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by AddressNumbers without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
In the event that an AddressNumbers product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, AddressNumbers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AddressNumbers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AddressNumbers shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a AddressNumbers or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
