finished is the term used to describe the highest standards in wood
finishing - a smooth, glossy finish without holes or grain lines. The
wood is fine sandpapered multiple times to smooth it and raise the level
of the grain, so the surface of the wood is perfectly flat. Then, many
layers of stain and varnish provide the shiny piano finish. A
photograph, text, logos, graphics - anything you want - can be engraved,
using the latest laser technology. Silver printer's ink is hand-rubbed into the
engraving to further enhance it.
Piano finished wood plaques
provide the clearest, most defined image of any plaque material - the
images almost look 3D. The plaque comes with a felt backing and a notch
for hanging.

The plaque is available in several finishes. It can be ordered with a
vertical or horizontal orientation. The plaque is notched in the back

board box. This is ideal for presentation of your plaque in dedication
and recognition ceremonies and is easy to gift wrap and mail. Image and text: Images,

(no extra charge).
- Text: A maximum of 200 characters (including spaces) can be engraved into the marble.
