Size: 10.75" x 12.5" Line 1 (preprinted on plaque): HOUSE OF Line 2 (for Name) holds up to twelve 1.25" characters. Line 3 (preprinted on plaque): ESTABLISHED Line 4 (for Date) holds up to seventeen 1.25" characters. The date can have a comma in it. All months can be spelled out completely, except for September.
